At AULA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our global customers. We respect the laws and regulations of each country and ensure your consumer rights are fully protected.

Return Eligibility

Items must be brand new and unused. All original packaging and accessories must be intact, with no scratches, stains, or signs of use.

Some products come with a protective film — do not remove it. Once the film is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.

15-Day No-Reason Returns

You have the right to return your order within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery date shown on the tracking page).

Products must be returned unused and with all original accessories. If the product or packaging shows signs of use or damage, we may deduct 5% to 30% from your refund depending on the condition.

AULA covers return shipping when:

  • Product has defects or missing accessories
  • Product does not match the description

Customer covers return shipping when:

  • Return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind)

We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns from Day 15 to Day 30

You can still return your product within 30 days of receipt. For requests made after day 15:

  • If a product defect is confirmed, AULA will cover return shipping and after-sales services.
  • The item must still meet all return conditions above.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defect returns.
  • No restocking fees or hidden charges will be applied.

How to Return a Product

1. Submit a Return Request

Contact our customer service team using the Contact Us form.

2. Receive Return Instructions

Since we operate multiple warehouses globally, our team will provide the most convenient return address based on your location.

⚠️ Do not return any item without contacting our team first. Unauthorized returns may result in lost packages and you being responsible for all shipping costs.

3. Ship the Item

Before shipping, take clear photos of the product, packaging, and accessories. Provide a valid tracking number and receipt within 3 days of shipment.

Returns Due to Product Defects or Quality Issues

If your product has a quality issue or visible defect, contact our support team as soon as possible. After verification, we will issue a full refund or free replacement based on your preference.

AULA will cover all related shipping costs.

Please provide a video clearly showing the defect to help us verify the issue.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return and confirm the product, packaging, and accessories are in good condition:

  • Full refund processed within 2 business days
  • Transit damage is covered by AULA, not the customer
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method — allow 1–8 business days to appear
  • Return shipping reimbursements (when applicable) processed via PayPal or suitable method
