Do your products come with warranty?
If your product arrives with a manufacturing or quality-related issue, our support team will review the case and may provide a replacement unit when applicable. Please contact us with your order information and photos/videos of the issue for assistance.
Do your keyboards work with macOS or Linux?
Yes, AULA keyboards are compatible with macOS, Linux, and Windows.
What switches do your keyboards use?
We use a variety of mechanical switches, including AULA x LEOBOG custom switches, with options for tactile, linear, and magnetic trigger types.
How do I request a return or refund?
Contact support@aula-official.com with your order details and reason. Our team will guide you through the return process.
You have the right to return your order within 15 days of receipt, based on the delivery date shown on the tracking page. Products must be returned unused and with all original accessories.
If the product or its packaging shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value. If applicable, deductions typically range from 5% to 30% depending on the condition of the returned item.
We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a quality issue or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
